Felt this in the gluteus mins the most, which has weakened this year. This looks easy but is nothing to blink at if this is a weak area for you too. My arms burned badly too! I imagine you are suppose to hold your stomach in while doing these exercises for tummy trimming. I could not do that this time around. Will focus on that more in the future.
