Awesome video 😊
Thank you for clarifying what molecule that is! About a month ago, I actually looked up caffeine thinking that was it, but I was wrong! I ended up ordering a custom-made caffeine molecule necklace 😁
Ahhh thank you so much, this is exactly what I needed to hear right now… I'm currently injured & unable to train & once I'm recovered, I will always remember this time & be grateful I have a body I'm ABLE to take to the gym!! 🙏❤💪
Hi ! I enjoy your vidéos so much. Can anyone tell me if 20 minutes of a calisthenics beginner vidéos 3 Times a week is enough for a weight loss (ans good nutrition of course) ? Thanks.
From an astrological point of view, the planet mars, which is our planet of action and specifically in this context, exercise, is going retrograde, and it's a really frustratingly long retrograde this time. Retrogrades are periods to reflect and see if what we're doing is still what we want to be doing, evaluate its effectiveness, add or take away anything from our routine, etc. So yeah don't worry, it will go direct again in January.
I want to say that I love the style of your videos. Thank you for not making it full of fancy footage of you lacing up your shoelaces, etc. 😂 I love that you just talk straight to us and keep it so simple. It keeps the focus on your excellent content.
Question!!!
So I’m literally on day 2 of attempting calisthenics. And I’m wondering… can I do it every day? My shoulders are a little sore. But did you continue. I wanna do it because it’s fun, new and exciting. And 3 years ago I was closer to dead then healthy. So this stuff is exciting. I’ve lost 110lbs. Still have about 40 to lose. And I would love to start this journey. But is it okay to do some here and there through the day, even when im a little sore???? Please and thank you. ❤️
I am so glad I found you
I really needed to hear this
I am normally a regular workout person
I havnt regularly worked out since August…. I am in school and just completed a 6 week clinical for nursing
Im out the door by 4:30 am
I gained 8 pounds
I put myself under so much guilt and bad feelings
It was a lot of hard work doing that
I finished Friday and now it’s Christmas lol
Im giving myself till the 27 th now
Im just plain burnt out
Thank you SO MUCH! Your videos always come at the right time. 🥰
Guilt is cemented by toxic people and toxic ambient. Guilt is excellent tool to control and manipulate someone, and psychopaths love this abnormal, mentally ill control of other people.
If we are positive and happy as person, our persona generally being positive and with firm hope as with any normal being without anti-social tendencies – surprisingly the guilt we struggle with inside us is actually stemming from the external factor.
We need to recognize all covert red flags and cut narcissists off and away
and see from the psychological aspect why we do not recognize psychopaths in the first place – which to save time in seeking the reason: will be our low self worth — and then how to work on our compromised self worth, toxic shame (hidden, deep seated self hatred inside) intrinsic locus of control, to draw value and validation from inside – not other people and their definitions, labels, explanations, orders, commands.
Top little chatty video with a great message … and a perfect timing haha (Christmas guild is lingering just around the cookie jar corner 😄)
I definitely needed to hear this. Over the last month I crashed my car, had a back injury flare up (hey back injury twin lol) had to buy a new car, yadda yadda. I’ve been so depressed/stressed and had no way to even get to the gym due to lack of transport. I’ve been so hard on myself.
I definitely need to learn to be nicer to myself. Thank you 🙏
I really needed to hear this. I've been battling sickness after sickness the past 2 months and in between that my grandpa died. And I keep feeling guilty for not having trained in 2 months although there's a reason why. So thank you for reminding me that that's okay and that I can allow myself the time I need before getting back to training.
This was so timely has I’m getting over the flu and didn’t exercise for 2 weeks. Also a new demanding job has me working out much less and I can’t help but feel guilty and fat. I always tell myself that doing something is always better than nothing when feeling well even with limited time. Thanks for this pep talk.
I appreciate this, I was sick for a few weeks and the week since I’ve seen been recovering, whole time I have had some guilt that I haven’t been working out much, also trying to tell myself it makes sense I haven’t and I will again soon.
Hello , Can you do a effective body recomposition with bodyweight only?
I want to join the firefighter’s paramedical teams so I want to be stronger/ be able to do at least 10 push up, 1 chin up and have a better cardio. I tried weightlifting but it is not for me
I do 30 min of pilate or yoga or some sort of mouvement 4 times a week. I rock climb, swim or do calithenics exercices (i am a begginer) depend on what i want 3 times a week.
I love moving and i enjoy those activities but is it to much?
Thank you for your time and your video, have an amazing day ♥
Lucy is the most reassuring person around who speaks straight from the heart ❤️
I've been feeling so guilty as of late for my lack of motivation, even after pushing through a workout! Thanks for the perspective.
One thing I remind myself as well is that athletes don't train year round, there are times of absolute rest to rebalance hormone levels, recover from joint stress and reduce psychological strain. Sometimes a lack of motivation is a sign of overtraining and stepping away for a bit followed by some "unstructured training" (basically staying active without rigidity of a program or goal) helps. Happy holidays to everyone!
Thank u perfect timing im so busy with work n fitting in christmas shopping i just cant fit in my weight training this week. I will myself a pass instead of guilt
