This is a great workout for anyone who is looking to get a full-body workout at home. The exercises are challenging but doable, and they are all done with dumbbells, which makes them accessible to people of all fitness levels.

You certainly chose tough fatiguing movements for your repeats!!! The soles of my feet couldn't handle the 50s of tiptoe squats, and because of thoracic outlet syndrome in my shoulder, the alternating shoulder raises really killed me!!!! The twisting in-and-out abs were easy, though.
