If you get through the first half, the second is a breeze!! Those burpees are KILLER!

My knees won't allow me to do the backward forward jumps so I use the time for backward forward squat walks. If I can't stick to a CG workout, I'll always try to fit in some HIIT workouts as that still makes a difference to my body.

I am a little late to the party, but holy sweat feast!! I am a college cross country and track runner and assumed this workout would be a piece of cake- uhh it definently was not😅 The floor and myself were drenched in sweat and my legs are still a little shaky, I love how this workout worked evert muscle group

Definitely a challenge and heart rate elevated throughout and sweating to the extreme. My kind of workout, loved it! One to do again when I need a good Cardio session.

I literally yelled at the screen when I saw the second round of plank tucks come up… haven't sweat that much in an exercise session for a long time!

Did this yesterday with a total of 130 chest to floor burpees and 300 forward and back jump squats (totalling 600). Not counting the 40 ordinary jump squats. I was hot and sweaty all the way through to the end and my legs were finished!!!
This was an amazing workout and one I’ll keep coming back to.

Omg what a brilliant oldie. First time doing it and loved it. Was wondering if I would stop after 30 mins but felt great so kept going. Squat jump front & back was tough but managed brilliantly. I love hiit now where I used to hate sun morning. Give this a go. Remember it is you V you. Enjoy!

This workout has always scared me. Completed it this morning. Thought I might need to rest halfway but was able to keep going. But not as fast as her, only did 4-5 burpees each set in section one

I went back to this old one today thinking that after being with Caroline for over 2 years, it'd be easier…duh, of course not! What was I thinking? Love this workout though! I really miss Caroline's 1 hour workouts! Caroline has given us so many choices. I hope you all find something you love! Keep smashin' it Girvanators!

Just finished this workout and can definitely say its challenging. As someone who normally does the Les Mills on demand workouts including the grit cardio ones this was a tough one. I thought the first half was harder but I think that was because of the chest to floor burpees in between each exercise and even though I like burpees I could definitely feel it. I think I was getting around 6-7 each time so I don't know how many that makes in total but it was hard. Looking at the stats for my workout my calorie burn was 642 and thats using the Polar chest strap so its pretty accurate. All in all a good tough one but feel good afterwards.
I’ve just repeated this for the first time in a couple of years! It’s so long since I did a one hour HIIT session! I enjoyed it so much! Just brilliant!
You are one of a million, it has been a couple of year since the first time i followed your workout but damn this is one of the most hardest workout i did and i can’t finish without stopping!
