How to lose face fat?
It's not working for me. I have been doing this for 10 days now . Are you guys doing something different ? How many times are you doing in a day? How much is lost in a week?
how many times we should do it???? and will it show results in 7 days??
Am 13 and ill be trying this workout for full week and see how it goes!!

✅ it was a little hard but i still did it felt a lil bit of a burn and no change ofc

Day 1- honestly it wasn’t that bad before I was 202 and after I did this workout + 8 exercises to shrink belly fat, I was 199. This is so simple and it made me pumped

Day 1: starting! The plank is the hardest for me, also the super mans, I think I’ll get it eventually!

Day 2: I was busy at this day, but I squeezed this workout in before I had to go somewhere again. I am improving a bit with the plank, and also the supermans!

Day 1 : okay I mean it was fine the jumping jacks were 50 so it was kinda hard. So was the planks part. But I managed to finish all of it. Not much change tbh…

Day 1: It was not that hard, but struggled on some of them which kinda disappointed me, but Imma keep on going

Day-1 these exercises are quite easy. I feel better after doing these exercises
Day-2 it was much easier to do
than the day 1
Day-3 👍 done.. i feel a slight change.
Day-4 it's amazing… I can't believe this worked…I can see a big difference compared to day 1😶

For those who have hard time doing plank, try to guess a name of a famous artist ( or anything) while doing so. Like, when she say 1 just say the name of an artist in your mind which pops up on your mind at the first and so on… Just try to give a name for each number. I hope it helps, it worked me tho… Also sorry if my wording is kinda confusing. I'm just not rlly that good at english.

🎯day 1: do workout at 5:20 (do all the workout but can't complete plank don only 10 s. 5 s skip 😢its heavy 😮😢tried 😮but good )
🎯day 2 : do workout at 5:30 ( do all workout but plank only 12 sec 😢😢 feeling good no muscle cramps 😊happy i become more positive)
🎯day 3 : i cant doo workout 😮💨😮💨😢 go to shopping 😅
🎯day 4 : do workout at 4:50 😊 its good today i completed all the workout plank 15 sec complete ❤🩹❤🩹feel proud happy good day
