Sooooo, this is evidently the first Gainz Ctr video I've queued up to watch. I was expecting talking and a quick demo of exercises and suggestions on reps and sets. I did not expect this to be an actual follow along with the animated muscle man, including rest breaks. THIS IS AWESOME!!!!! I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to – and probably while sitting on a Swiss ball.
I'm definitely checking out your channel for other videos. This will be amazing for my post-surgery recovery husband and my elderly mother who is trying to keep fit.

I just completed this exercise on a yoga ball and I loved it. I have a herniated disc in my neck and a bulging disk in my lower back and I think I did great. Thank you for this great video.

OMG I am stuffed lol. Have not been able to exercise for years then after spine surgery last year I figured I need to start somewhere. So i just found this and have done my first set. I feel like my hips and shoulders are on fire but this is so cool. Looking forward to doing this 3 – 4 days a week and seeing what changes come.

I like it
it's been my 4th day doing this and it's fun, in between 2 sudents (on skype). I'm doing this just for the sake of moving. Tomorrow i'll do it and for the week-end, rest. I added some other vidéo of 5 minutes HIIT that i found on youtube the previous days, so i might do the same today if i feel like it .
I sleep much much better, it increased my appetite, felt some soreness in my butt and my stomach has flattened. (not swollen from stress). I hope i won't lose weight though because that happens so fast
