So I don't usually comment but I have to decipline myself into consistency so as nothing else worked for me here I am. I'm also trying to eat healthier. Ask me about my result so I can keep doing it.

Day 1 : I had a water with basil seeds
Did this workout for 30 min however not able to copy it completely but just keep my body moving and trying to do it.

Day 1✔️ Sweating profusely…this is a very good workout. I usually don't sweat too much with workouts like this but this is awesome! I feel the burn and I know my body's burning fat. I'm probably going to stick to this longer than a week.
