Lera, I don’t know about other viewers, but ever since you hired a team and started churning out daily videos- I feel they’re not that personable anymore and less thought through. I tend to skip a lot actually, whereas before I watched every single one of them. Your forte was self-development videos, but now it’s just anything. Think to yourself- if you do struggle with ideas, maybe it’s best not to produce at all, until THAT video forms in your mind.

I wish I saw this before my holiday! I never knew about the digestive enzymes until this video! I eat vegan/vegetarian as most of the time, but I don't want to miss out on having my culture's food for the holidays (tamales). But when I eat like that my digestion isn't great. These were great tips, and I'll keep them in mind for our family gatherings!
