      Why egg whites? The yolk is all the nutrients so just use all the egg

      Greek yogurt also adds a great deal of protein and is worth looking into. Makes for a great high protein dessert. I like mine with berries, shaved coconut, and a little cinnamon.

      I combine one can of tuna with orange juice and mix in the blender, add a bit more water to the orange juice, it’s easier to drink tuna than eat it , give it a try it’s not bad 👍💪🏻

      Not sure why people push only eggs whites ! It’s a known fact that eggwith yoke is a complete balance good and has 6 grams of full protein per egg instead of the 1 egg white that only has 3.6 about 1/2.
      Eat whole eggs. The following is documented information
      Whole eggs;
      The yolk also contains a variety of minerals which are incredibly important for our bodies to function properly – these include selenium, phosphorus and iodine, whereas the whites contain much lower concentrations of these nutrients.
      You can only digest 25-30 grams per sitting. Any more you will just put in the toilet. 😤

      You fail to take into account individuals ability to absorb nutrients through their digestive system. You can eat a cow everyday and all you will do is spend the day on the toilet. You will over burden your body and get sick. It’s not the amount you eat. It’s the amount you absorb. If it was as simple as just eating more then everyone would be jacked.

      2 cups of Greek full fat yogurt and 2 scoops of whey protein powder = 80 or so grams of protean. Throw in a can of tuna and have your 100 grams for the day with less than 600 calories. Talk about a simple way to loose weight!
