Tbh 5’4 I’m 230 pound women 22 right now and don’t know how to get out of bed I binge eat and I sometimes get on track and than fall off, I have no friends either. Thank you for your video. I don’t know how to loose this I hate my arms and legs and belly 😭 honestly don’t know what to do anymore but I’ll try this I know what I need to do it’s just hard when there’s no one cheering me on. Feel so alone in this world

Omg I enjoyed this video so much! I’m struggling with my messy/unhealthy habit life and trying to sort things out and lose weight. I felt that this was so refreshing, so calm and positive. I loved hearing that I’m not the only messy person out there with bad habits and that we are capable of getting control in our lives. The bonus tip was so deep for me. I think I’ve unconsciously been so afraid of change but I need to remind myself that it’s good and that most of the best things in my life have come from accepting and allowing change.
I don’t know why I do most of those stuff at night or evening lol So when I wake up the kitchen is clean except the bed obviously Thanks for all the tips🤍

Meals prep is my biggest weakness!!! I hate the texture and the taste of a freezed food !! It needs to be cooked at the same day , and ate at the same day ! But I love to workout at 5am before I go to work !! Totally agree , if u start your day with a + thing you will have a day full of positivity and satisfaction. Plus, I don't have to think about my workout while I'm working or driving home .
