I’ve been doing this daily for only a few days and I woke up this morning and saw my obliques for the first time ever. The first day I did this I was kind of unimpressed but after a few days you can sure as hell tell it’s working. Smoked!
First day made it to about 6:16 will be doing this every Monday and Wednesday for now, I’m about 120 at age 23 will be journaling my progress
Now THAT is an ab workout!
day 1 could hardly breath after
day 2 a bit better
da 3 rest
day 5 complete
day 6 i am getting better
day 7 rest
day 8 did some cardio
day 9 tied so i rested
day 10 back on track
day 11 complete

Good God this is brutal, works wonders
I like this routine, but had to come back a couple times to watch how the last exercise is done. Looks like I'm basically balanced on a glute? Can't get the feels in my abs with this one that I do with the others.
4:43 anyone else have this hurt their hip bone like crazy?
I'm exhausted and that is only from watching Jeff. Seriously, I think that I will give this a try tomorrow. I doubt that I will last a quarter of what he did.

Really effective training 10 minutes for 6 times a week in morning, i can see my obliques, i was 20-15 percent body fat zone that Jeff called no man zone and his advice really helped a lot ❤️

After 3 weeks I finally did the whole thing without stopping! The frog v-up's are no joke.

wow, lifting WITHOUT something holding your legs, or tuck under something, NEXT level stuff. All my life I've been doing abs by tucking my feet under the bed, and this 10-minute routine actually got me sweating! Nice!
