I've only been working out for about 5 weeks now. I've been following your beginner routines and I've lost 5 pounds and I feel so much better. I've been super overweight my whole life so it's good to actually see results.

First day
I am a beginner I have been doing 10 minutes yoga stretching workouts 5 days a week. This week week looking to do a quick actual 10 minute workout and increase slowly. Would love to a 4 week 5 days a week work out different types of workout and increasing intensity as the weeks go by. I am looking to be consistent and to get stronger. I have a left shoulder issue but would modify your shoulder exercises if you do develop a 4 week program or something similar. 10 -15 minutes is a commitment I can keep. Thank you so much

It would be nice if you reply.. I'm a beginner so is it a good fullbody work for beginnger who never worked out and never even went near the gym (I'm a teen) i wonder if I'll lose a bit fat or It'll help me wjth anything or not
