I've got a question: Normally it's recommended that you should wait for about two hours after a meal 'til your workout. How relevant is this statement? I actually want to do these workouts about 20 minutes after breakfast but because of what I just mentioned, I wait a few hours and at the end, my whole daily routine gets shifted and I end up doing the workout before I go to sleep… Are there any tipps you can give me or can you confirm the accuracy of this information?
