I wish I can fully follow your videos but bcs of my injured wrist, I skipped some movements sometimes
I love longer workouts but sometimes life gets in the way and these 10min workouts are perfect to get something in on those crazy days… helps keep me on track ❤

This is a great workout for when you lack motivation! easy to increase the difficulty for when you feel motivated but still requires some effort if you follow it as is.
I definitely appreciate the no-jumping cardio workouts.
