I've tried this three times the furthest i've got is six minutes and five seconds every time I get further alone the workout i'm gon to continue until I master all of the exercises.. Keep in mind this is after a hundred push ups
Ive been doing abs for awhile now, im skinny and i have a 6 pack but i still cant do complete sit ups without wieghts on my feet or something and ideas how to fix this?

This routine is amazing after a high intensity upper-body workout (with some stretches at the end, don’t neglect that!) I left the gym today feeling better than when I arrived!
