Good stretch! Music is irritating 🙁
My friend have been scammed by someone impersonating this man on video. It was a pig butchering scam where he minced out of her , all her life savings in the name of help by making her invest in a fake chinese platform. She was rescued from an attempted suicide as soon as she knew its all fake and the man vanished with her money. Anybody else, IF scammed by the same person with similar story using this trainer from south Korea , PLEASE do let me know. It might give me leads to identify the actual fraudster , if not now, atleast after some years. But that day will be coming soon.

Neck rotation/ neck rolls have been shown to be potentially harmful… just googled it: the side-to-side is fine, but according to what I read, the rolls can cause injury.

Little tip
When in pigeon pose have your front leg at 90 degrees even if you have to put a cusion/block underneath you to maximise the benefits of the stretch (imo if the front leg is bent too much, you won't improve much)
