The most BRILLIANT full body workout I have ever seen in years!! I have been doing it for a week, LOVE IT!
Just wanted to say thank you in advance. I'm doing knuckle pushups and my shoulder is too sore to do them and I want to workout lol Kinda just got into it but wish I would of sooner, it's a great stress killer.

I am starting to working out again after being bamboozled into thinking I had an irreversible wrist injury which prevents me from doing any exercise using my hands by a bad doctor.

I really love this workout, but I don't get the last exercise. It feels easy and I just treat it like a little victory dance for managing to do the other stuff. What does it actually train?

Has anyone tried doing this for a significant amount of time? like 1 months minimum, I'm having a hard time trying to find a time to workout and this seems helpful. I wonder if only doing this workout + a balanced diet would give results?

Love this full body workout. I'm trying to get my strength and mobility back and I'm finding a lot of value in Jeff's content. I'm only doing bodyweight exercises for now and just started my journey within the last 7 days. I'm not overweight by any means (I could lose some stubborn fat) but I do not have the strength or mobility I used to. My third time through this workout (been going every other day with it) and I'm already noticing a huge lack of back strength during the pushup position exercises to keep my lower back from sagging in when I'm getting fatigued. Feeling the burn all over though and I've noticed that just a few sessions of this workout my heart rate and breath recover far quicker than the first time through (even adding the third intermediate set). Going to be sticking with this 3x per week (M, W, F) and doing cardio and yoga every other day (T, TH, SAT) and taking Sunday off. MY GOAL is to be in shape for my local men's league hockey season come Sept/Oct. I haven't played any organized sports for about 18 years and I miss hockey so much! Jeff, thank you so much for all the value and content you provide. I'm so glad I found your channel!

can this workout maintain my current shape if i stopped my normal training? (i started college so i dont have time for full workouts, i was doing the "xero" programm until now for quite a long time repeatedly)
