I thought this was gonna be easy, like I was thinking to go for something longer then when I started I DIED FROM THOSE JUMPING EXERCISES
I would not recommend doing this on leg days unless u want ur legs to feel like jelly 😭😭
Doing this workout and an arm and a leg one every other day (:
day 1: i got so tired and red/sweaty, and had to take a bunch of breaks. then that night i woke up in the night to such bad thigh pain omg i thought my leg was broken no joke.
day 2: my legs were still sore but i managed to get through it with lots of breaks lol. still red and sweaty.
day 3: my legs had no pain today which is great, and i was barely red! still a bit sweaty tho lmao. anyways it has become a bit easier but i still had to take breaks.
This is such an intense workout, I’ll reply once I see results 🫶

day 1 : done! i really struggled with the leg workouts and i had to pause the video but i kept going!! <3
day 2 : MT LEGS HURT SO BADDD AGHHHHH but it was a little bit easier!!
day 3 : the leg workouts are still hard to push through but the entire workout felt a lot easier and i was looking forward to it more
day 4 : kinda seeing results… u guys… omg… BTW LEG WORKOUTS GOT EASIER AND MY LEGS ACHED LESS
day 5 : workout has become so so much easier and im def seeing results especially in my legs
day 6 : i actually enjoyed doing it today and it was SO MUCH EASIER!!! this workout so far is so effective
day 7 : finished! i'll continue doing this workout but i'll only update sometimes. im def seeing some changes but bear in mind ive been doing a kind of diet? just no processed foods (crisps, chocolate, etc.) if you're struggling to look for a workout then this i the one!

I have a question. I have been walking on treadmill since 3 weeks ago(6 times a week, 45 minutes each session) as my cardio exercise. However, since yesterday i have noticed that i felt less tired, less sweating and my heart rate also lower than before. Is this normal? Should i increase the speed and incline? Hope someone can help

You're really in great shape,but you shouldn't give instructions to other people.Starts with the punches and ends how you overbend your knees in a very unhealthy way.I clearly see you're not a professional instructor.
This is the exact combo i do every weekday, 10-15 min cardio, followed by 10-15min abs, its great 💪🏽
