Hey.i am new to workout..is it okay to do them a lil slow and low impact version as i get a lot breathless and my legs pain after the workout lot making my daily activities tough
It’s my first time doing any HIIT workout and it took me about an hour for my body to calm down 😂
I'm gonna start this today.

Очень странный темп, который трудно держать, особенно в плане дыхания, даже тренированному человеку. Из-за того, что камера не прямо, не сразу ориентируешься в упражнениях. Знаешь как делать только потому, что уже делал их. А так лайк.

I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts consistently for the last year along with bike riding when it’s nice out, but I started going to the gym because I wanted more access to different equipment so I could train my upper body more.
But I did a PT consultation the first day and the trainer basically was like “wtf you already have a lot of knowledge and your diet is killer and you have definition!” Lol it made me feel better because I’ve been just shooting from the hip randomly and listening to stuff Chloe says lmao
I went there thinking “I don’t belong here I have no idea what I’m doing.” And that determined that was a lie.
Thank you so much for your low-impact version of workouts. I never appreciated them as much as I did today. My ankle is healing from an injury, and I still wanted to work out, but I couldn't do the regular routines, but your low-impact versions allowed me to work out, so thank you!!!! 🙂
