Hi Fraser, 21 year old here. Still learning for doing the home workouts but feel like it'd be useless. I've been told sit-ups won't really do anything but am willing to try core exercises. Still have some body fat to get rid of tbh 🙁 not really proud of it though 😔🙏💪

day 1:cant do some exercises but it’s easy enough
i Started 5 days ago and I wnated to record my progress so here it is.
Day 1: Complete lot of struggle
Day 2: Completed but still tons of struggle
Day 3: My Body started to get the hang of the workout and this day I did it twice
Day 4: I completed but I was pretty tired
Day 5: Completed with a 30 min run

Nice to do this work but I really get six ABS in 4 weeks
