This was a great workout! I didn't feel like doing a leg workout that was really hard, but I also didn't want to do one that was too easy. This one is a perfect mix of both, and i felt a great burn! Thank you Pamela!
was blinded by the sweat dripping from the forehead and couldn't see that Pam dropped the weight for the side squat at the end….did the set with weights now I'm dead 😅

possiblyam, three times your age, and long, long time ago, I used to have beautiful, toned legs like yours, but the older i get the stronger my belief is that as long as we are alive we can always do something to improve the way our body looks.
