Day 1: first 6 exercises seemed a lil tough then I started having fun…
Day 2: pretty sweaty also, I really did suffer in side crunch rotation (I might start doing this twice a day)
Day 3 : I really had to gather courage for today, my abs are hurting so bad nd I did it once a day. A lil sweaty
I love that you have long and short videos. I noticed that I struggle to work out regulary when I plan for 40-60 min of sport every day. These videos are short enough to have no excuses, even on busy days and they exhaust me like long work outs do.
I struggle most with the stuff that requires side planks. My arms and balance are not the best, yet.
I love that you show us that you are tired, not only making cute faces and smiles lol. but exercise is like this and it’s really real that you do it! Amazing!

That last minute is a killer
Just wanted to let you and everyone else know that your workout have changed my life. I'm a mum of 3 under 6 and never enjoyed exercising. My goal was to get fit by 30 and with your workout I've done it! I started in July 2021, did your 20 minute yoga everyday for 4 months to look good for a wedding. I now do 10-20 min of your bum/tum workouts everyday and I have a 6 pack and lost a dress size, something I never dreamed of. Thank you so much!

I did this workout at 10:45 pm after a binge day. I had a goal to work out every single day, and I almost skipped but then decided to get out of bed and smash this 10 minute one. The side planks are my nemesis for sure!
Oh wow! What a killer. I'm glad I can do it all the way, but I have to admit the last minute is a killer ,but keep pushing! 💪

My attempt to do that side plank rotation failed- tremendously. I literally rolled over on my floor🤣. By far the hardest movement ever, but I loved doing this workout as a whole! Thank you Anna 🤍

I'm kinda afraid of exercises that include for example side planks, everything that brings a lot of weight on my left elbow/forearm since there sits a strange scar from a not properly healed wound. A few days ago I forgot it for a moment and planked without mat and it immediately started blooding.
