Can I do jumo rope during my periods ??? Because yesterday I got my periods n today I did jump rope and now it's paining ….
Winter, is it ok if I use a jump rope for crossfit with weights 2×75 grams now? It's much easier to use it as compared to a regular jump rope i used to have. What benefits could it bring me as compared to a regular one?
