I looveddd this workout! This is one of the workouts where I could follow along fully without any breaks. I love how you incorporated strength and balance based exvercises. As we do it everyday our balance and Co ordination increases

Awesome quick workout! I preceded this with one of your stretch workouts and another 12 min standing ab workout. I'll have to work up to the mountain climbers! "Apartment friendly " is good in my house!

My knees hurt, I feel bloated, I didn't sleep well but I did the whole workout. Did I mention I will be 60 very soon. Thank you Maddy for the great workouts and for inspiring me to continue working out.
to whomever this may help cos it helps me:
1. skaters
2. kicks R
3. kicks L
4. mountain climber burpee thingies
5. elbow to knee
6. squat to 4x punches
7. opposite knee to elbow plank
8. reverse lunge to twist R
9. reverse lunge to trust L
10. up and down plank to walk in
Dead. That 10 mins was more intense than I thought. But it was very effective I think. Out of breath and nice and quick

I have horrible balance and couldn't keep up the pace, but I'm gonna do this every day for 30 days and see how I improve!
Day 1: Kicked my butt lol
Day 2: I'm super sore so I'll take that as a good sign!
Day 3: I'm not having to take as many breaks, but still cannot keep up pace. The last exercise, I can only do down down, up up and then about a 5 second plank. Small progress!
Day 4: Trying to widen my stance to keep my balance better. It helps!
Day 5: Lunges are getting deeper and I'm not AS sore (I have a manual labor job, so I'm sure that's making it go on for so long)
Day 6: Today I did the full last exercise instead of just the down down up up. I was slow, but I did it!
Day 7: 1 week down and it's gotten easier! (not easy tho lol) I'll start updating at the end of every week instead of daily.

Thank you for this, I'm 47 and my dr told me I should do cardio, and I live in an apartment so its kinda hard. But I can do this. I mean Im no athlete and balance is a bit rocky and I dont bend as deep and at the end Im a pool of sweat, but I can do it. Do you have any other apt friendly cardio videos, or any other suggestions?
