I have done a lot of workouts for butt lift and I tought every video was too easy, I AM SWEATING and my legs and ass feel like jelly, but that is good! I never felted this way with any other video. Thank you! I hope to see results soon.

Great exercise but music put me off and too loud as couldn’t hear the change tones too bad
