I have never done this challenge, I reached around 7 days then dropped this but THIS TIME!! I’m gonna finish this!

1день: делала тренировку утром, естественно очень трудно. И почти везде заканчивала раньше чем сама Хлоя, за что очень стыдно. Надеюсь в будущем получиться делать все в точности как и она. Сейчас мой вес 47.6.
2день:сегодня тоже делала все с утра, по началу было более легко чем в прошлый раз, что очень радует. К сожалению из-за своей жалости к себе я не сделала несколько упражнений, Из-за того что чувствовала себя просто ужасно. Посмотрим что из этого выйдет дальше;:)

Esto duele!!! 🤣 Llevo 2 meses en este challenge, lo hago diario y a pesar de que el dolor disminuye bastante (y vas teniendo mas resistencia) los brazos siguen ardiendo al final, definitivamente una de las mejores rutinas de Chloe 💜
