Today i watched your video and I would like to say that hats off! For you madam. I am a bit on an advanced level and I am really amazed. Your video has today proven to me that never understimate the power of a gorgeous girl like you. (and other girls 🙂 as well) I know many friends who can't take on this challenge. I am also impressed by your motivation. You are more motivated than me. Anyways, keep on the hard work and thank you.
I am doing it with other isolation zones workouts as extra add on Thursdays, and enjoy those push-ups. But still, triceps, diamond push-ups are my weak ones( but I am working further)

i can't even do one single push up, let alone a perfect knee push up :p, but i pushed through this (while taking a billion breaks :')) and i plan on doing this every day till i improve, so thanks!☺️

I struggle with the flying push OPP or clapping ones. What can I replace them with ? Will it become easier with strength?
Skull crushers are easier than the Dimond push-ups I fell flat on my face same with clapping push-ups 😂add on to epic heat,my shoulders arms and back are burning 🔥

yes! I did it! 10-8-6-4 and 3 clapping (3cm from the floor for 0,3 second 🤣) but I did it! somehow 🤪 very nice day..
I couldn't run (something happen under left knee – pain, tomorrow I will try "sprints")
Didn't do so bad even tho pushups are my weakness. 50/50 for the clapping pushups, two I landed in low plank position. Thanks goodness for my super soft mat 😆
After a super hard day, my motivation was really low but I pushed through and did your new EPIC HEAT workout and added this one. Have to say I’m so happy for not doing ANY of these exercises on the knees. I really feel stronger thanks to the EPIC series. Thank you Caroline!❤️

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Caroline is a beast!! I mean that in a superhero way 🦸🏼♀️ 💪🏽 That was really challenging and I’m glad I pushed myself to at least try!!
Just did this add on to Heat today. Detailed tutorial on push ups. Really a must watch especially for those of us that struggle with push ups. Caroline shows several progressions to improve. And true to Caroline, it's challenging. Let's go!!

I completed this after the 30-minute calisthenics. Push-ups are always challenging and you can always improve.
Definitely a workout to practice when you're fresh. Gave me so many variations especially the explosive ones. I thank you practice makes perfect and stronger pecs 👍😁. Thank you Caroline.
