The more I do this workout the more I am convinced that Willi did something to piss Pamela off because I swear this is the hardest ab workout she has ever done on her channel. She was really trying to make him (and us) suffer through the burn.

I am SO addicted to your ab workouts but especially this and the Killer one. Legitimately the best ab workouts I’ve ever done and I’ve been telling everyone I know about them. It’s amazing how you look like it ain’t nothing but a thing and meanwhile I’m over here sweating buckets lol.
Your work out is very intense, I will do again, my favorites.

I typically pride myself in the fact that I can do most ab workout videos without taking any breaks… I can't do that with this one.

Ok, so I wanna track my progress
Day one: ✅ it was sooo difficult tho, I thought I had great physical condition but this made me rethink that statement lol
Day two:✅ it was also hard but I already feel like I’m catching with them
Day three:✅ almost died
After delaying it for a several months I finally decided to do it and I'm proud of myself that all my efforts and 2 years of training allowed me to succeed it without so much struggle.
