❤I love this work out i do it every day love it ❤
after 2 weeks doing this (and 1,5 months doing other video), I finally gained better toned body and maybe less fat mass. was 43 kg, now 46,6 kg with slimmer legs hmm…
oh and I consume less carbo. exchange snacks with HMB powder milk (ensure gold)
