The title should be : "Hip flexor workout", this isn't really an ab workout…rather using your hip flexors to lift your leg closer to your body

I'm 15 years old and I've been doing abs workout for 2 years ! But I don't know why I can't see any results !! I even eat healthy food and never eat too much,I even feel the pain while doing abs workout and I do them right ! Does anyone know what's the problem??

I dont know why but I’ve followed this video and practiced twice and after each time, I got back pain! Did I do it wrong? I try to suck my stomach in when I practice this. 😂😂😂

Pam's body looks really healthy. I love that she's not overly skinny. You can just see how strong she is! She's definitely changed my body with these workouts. I love the standing abs because I've had 3 babies and I still have muscle separation. These are so much easier on my abs and helps them continue to heal.
