Hello, I am new to your workouts
I "found" one of your videos this past week, and I am so happy and motivated. With most other arms workouts, either they are too difficult -I am lousy at pushupsor too long. I finish each one of your workouts and I am so happy for that. Thank you!! and please keep on making more great videos. August 13, 2022I love your workouts! Is there any possibility of uploading some without music for people with auditory processing disorders? I find it very distracting and can't focus om what you're saying. It would make it more comfortable for some people 😀

I think mostly your videos are super beginner friendly for me, but something I always find useful is when the instructor turns multiple times so you can see the exercise from multiple angles!
