As someone who is trying to back into exercising on a regular bases and having a broken little toe, I had to do this a little slower. It also might be cause I'm 61 years old too. =D
Hello Sally! I love your workouts. This is the 3rd one I tried and while I have bought already 2 other subscriptions to help me, I come back to your workouts and enjoy them the most! I love the 40 seconds per movement, it is just enough to then be ready for the next. They are not hard, but feel like they are working on the right areas for me, without getting on the floor which I do not like 🙂 And at the end of the workout I feel hot from the exercises so I know my body has been worked! And the 10 mins is great, it is confrontable. I like that you count down the exercises and that we can see what is coming next. Thank you so much! Keep up these great videos!

Gonna try to do this one for 5-7 days! My normal weight is 275 and need to lose 20 lbs. Edit: This is working! My waist looks a lot smaller today! I only went up 1 lb since I have cramps.
