Whew! That felt tough today. I really like this workout – I've done it often. I upped my weight this time though, to challenge myself. Also, I got to try my new lifting gloves from Christmas. It made me feel way cooler doing the workout 😎 Anyway, I'm rambling a bit. Great workout! Thanks so much, Maddie!

My compliment for myself today is just to congratulate myself for making it so far in this challenge. Almost to the finish line! (I've even got another challenge lined up for when this one is complete 😉 I could get addicted to this.

great workout but the ads inbetween are very annoying….I don't mind ads at the beginning (I mean you need to make money of course) but ads during the workout really aren't fun and aren't good for working out….
