What a great practice. Such high intensity, great when you need a short workout. I have done a lot of yoga and am pretty fit, but this always pushes me. Love it.

wow this is really great, i felt sweaty and heartrate up after only 10 min, plus i got good stretching in. im really trying to work my neck/upper back muscles to improve my posture, and theres a lot of neck ups in this for that
