I started your workouts when I reached my heaviest weight of 250lb and got down to 215lb. I got into the lull of the lazy and got off track. Now I have been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis so am in constant pain, and now dire need of staying active to maintain any good quality of life . I have came back to your guys’ videos and I can’t express how comforting and inspirational you guys are. I am grateful for you both.

That was hard. I'll keep doing it till its easy. Been sitting on my backside for far too long, & its ugly how weak I've become. Beautiful how the body remembers though. You can do it.
Good workout. Thanks. Just a little advice, nothing worse than a commercial ad in the middle of a rep smh. Insert your ad in the very beginning and end if possible. I stopped mid way to skip the ad. Other than that, thanks.
