I’m using a heavier dumbbell for these workouts. Would my efforts still be as effective if I split the 10 different workouts into 2 different sessions (5 each per session). I would really appreciate a reply. Thank you

Whenever I try to find beginner workouts they are either too easy or too hard, this is just perfect! It pushed me but it didn’t make me out of breath after each exercise and I could actually feel a burn in my abs! I enjoyed this a lot!

I can do most of these. I've been working out for many years in the gym. But for some reason I cannot do the two exercises that require you to pivot to the left and right with the dumbbell weight (Dumbbell Side Rows at 1:56 and Russian twist at 6:56). Why is that? 🤔
