Day four for me! I'm trying hard to get the alternate step jump down. I keep hooking my raised foot, so I think I'm picking my feet up too high? I'm using the 1/2 lb Crossrope (1/4 lb is arriving Friday).

It’s funny that jumping rope fell to the wayside as an exercise option. In PE classes throughout schools, it’s hardly touched upon. In sports training, it’s completely ignored. As a little girl though, it was often something I looked forward to during warm weather. My cousins and I used to jump all of the time. Why is this workout SO ignored? It’s so effective and accessible! Thanks for reminding us of how attainable our body goals are through this straightforward exercise method!

Hace un año comencé a ver sus videos, compré una cuerda regular de velocidad sin saber hacerlo, jaja pero ya la había comprado ahora tenía que aprender a usarla, esperé demasiado tiempo para poder comprar unas “buenas cuerdas” y hasta hace unos días llego mi Fit Bundle de Crossrope 😀 y estoy súper contenta con mis nuevas cuerdas.
