I love your videos!! I have never liked working out. I have been working out faithfully since my doctor told me to start when I was 38. I have never been over weight. One day my doctor said to me, "Julie your muscles are your bones best friend. Start working out with weights for 15 minutes a day three times a week." I joined a gym and have been doing the same boring work out for 20 years. I recently retired and hit the road with my husband in our RV. I asked my sister what I should do to continue my work outs? She introduced me to your videos and I will probably never go back to a gym. I have used them at campgrounds in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, South Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. I want to add I love all the positive and encouraging words. Also great choice of music!! Lastly, I want to say I love your work out clothes!! Where can I buy them? i love doing your workouts. I have been doing them now for about 4 or 5 months. And I feel Great!!! I've lost a few pounds and toned my body. woohooooo…..I enjoy spending my morning workout with you and your positive attitude. I have a question for you…..is there an exercise for your arms but for the areas around the elbow. Like 1 inch above it and 1 inch below the elbow seems to be my weakest and flabbyest part of my body. Is there any exercise that will focus on that area. I know….sounds crazy….yup….thats me……just wondering. Again…….Thank you for you!!!!! Smiles Ann

In my Kung fu class, we use bricks for arm exercises instead of dumb bells, works on grip strength as well.
You're awesome and amazing. I began an all natural weight loss journey 14 years ago when I weighed in at 376 lbs. Today I'm a curvy 186 lbs without using surgery, pills, or fad diets. It's taken a while to come off and I'm okay with that. I started my weight loss journey working out in the gym, but during the pandemic that wasn't available for me. I went back to the gym once restrictions lifted and noticed right away the level of pain I was in. I don't need that at 59. I stumbled across your videos last week, created a playlist based on your recommendations for daily workouts, and am not experiencing pain. Thank you for your time, your energy, your gentle care, and your joy. These will be my go to videos for life. Also, I have recommended you to all of my girlfriends and we are having a ball!! You are appreciated!
