Loved these simple exercises that can be done on my bed, i never thought it possible to get good quality exercise this way but am now doing this on a regular basis when i carnt do it upright, thanks girls 😊

Had a bad fall 2 years ago.I'm 87 having a hard time getting back to exercises. Did this and know I can start walking outside again. I refuse to become confined to the house. Thankyou for e n couraging me to try. Your mum is a big help.

I just completed this routine and it's great! I increased the reps on some of them. The windshield wipers is also a mini-spinal twist which is my favorite stretch, which I did more of as well as others. This morning workout is easy to memorize. It's a great way to start my day!
OOPS, previous reply goofed! You have a bed warm-up/stretch which I've used before. It 's a good one but more involved than this one. I just viewed your new bed workout: it's simple, and I'm sure a feel good wakeup. I took simple notes to take with me to bed, will rewrite them and use it right now. Nice way to start the morning. I always feel tight, sore muscles when getting up. Doing some stretches before getting up is a good idea. I do a lot of stretches before going to bed but I should get some morning stretches in. Always in a hurry to get the morning started and not taking time out for a stretch. I will do so now. Thank you.

I was already sitting up having breakfast when I first watched this video yesterday, but today I used it before getting out of bed, then got up and did the rest of my workout, which included your "King TUT" strength-training workout (first time trying it) as well as some cardio, more leg exercises, and a good long stretch session. Having breakfast now and looking forward to an energized and productive day (I hope)!
