Absolutely fantastic beginner upper body workout! This video was just challenging enough to push me hard while still being totally doable. It met me right where I was at!

Week 4 Day 2: Today, I gave MORE with 3/4 workouts completed. I came back tonight for MORE because I needed to put in MORE work with push-ups. The Wide Push-Up seemed to work better for me vs. the Narrow Push-Up. FINISH STRONG! 🤗
Week 4 day 2 of celeb challenge 11/15/22. Loved doing this for the second time. Will definitely do once a week maybe more until I can do a solid pushup not on my knees. This definitely gives you solid moves to achieve a push-up bc I can feel it in spots I never have before!
Week 4, Day 2: Loving this push-up challenge. My main goal doing this was yo gain strength and I feel stronger and extra motivated every time I see push-up exercises.
Wk 4 day 2 – I still have to do counter top push ups but that's okay, at least I'm getting stronger day by day. 😉 Have a great one you two. 💖💖

Really glad I found this video. Most other ones I've found didn't work as well for my goal, but your guys' is spot on for me. I tried becoming a correctional officer over a year ago and passed everything except not being able to do 1 pushup. I'm 30 years old, 5'10, and 300 lbs. I am now applying this to my daily workouts so I can reapply for correctional officer training. Thank you thank you both so much

Week 2 Day 2 omg I know I asked to be here but good God my arms are on fire
I loved the eccentric pushs up made me feel like I was doing a regular one. Still doing push ups from my knees which is great but that is something I want to work on is being able to gain the strength to do more than one regular push up. This is a great work out for that type of strength building. Oh yeah week 2 day 2 😊

Wk 2, Day 2 – great muscle strength workout. I'll have to keep doing this workout to get to my goal which is be able to do pushups. 🙂
Week 2 day 2 of celebration challenge 11/1/22. Never been able to do a push up. Always lacked the upper body strength. I will definitely be sore tomorrow. Hope to get one solid push up at the end of this 4 week journey!!! Loved this workout quick and to the point

I dont feel my shoulder after this workout ..second day done in this 4weeks challenge. I was thinking that previous workout was easy..but this workout waitin for us as finishing 🙈
