I’m doing your 10 minute arm thing every day. I’m 71 and on the other side of radiation(Nov). I lost all my hard earned elasticity in my bat wing area with chemo. Is it really possible to regain this firmness again?💕
Hi Sheila I’m 71 on hormone blocker, post radiation. Chemo really did a job on all my hard work so I’m back trying to regain elasticity in my arms hands and face! Ty for your free videos!!! I pass them on to all my pink and Vshred friends!💕🙏😇
Love all your excercises especially for the arms
one of my favourite arm workouts. I think I prefer them without weights and without too many breaks – I really feel a good burn without risk of overdoing it with weights. I followed this with the 10 minute ab workout and am feeling great all over now. I love watching your videos – I find myself smiling and feel like we are in the same space working out. Thank you so much and I am so glad I found your site!
I have osteoarthritis and my arms and shoulders have been so painful, but I was able to do these and I didn't hurt too bad, I'm looking forward to going forward, I'm 79 and I'd like to be fitter at 80 than I was in my 70s. I've lost 45 pounds in the past two years, my husband was very sick and I was his caregiver, losing him this fall was so hard, but he and I used to do your chair exercises together and now doing these new ones, this one and the seated abs, I feel close to him and the exercises make me feel better

Hi Schellea, I have been suffering with anxiety and depression and turned to comfort eating to get me through and gaining a dress size more, but I knew when I hit that size I didn’t think I’d get to, it made me more depressed so I needed to focus on getting healthy and as I’m a 52yo and knowing this was not healthy for me, I needed a workout to make me stronger in mind and I came across one of your 30min workout, I did it but managed only 10mins came back the next day I finished it and what got me through the exercise was your soothing voice and guiding me through it to never give up. Now I needed more so I came to this workout, and I will be doing this for my 30 day challenge to push me to be better thank you Schellea ❤
