Wow what a workout…..
I decided to get in better shape two years ago when I hit 50 and started with this very video. I’m happy to say that then I could barely do the exercises using cans of chickpeas but now I can get all the way through using a combo of 3 lb and 5 lb weights. Not very heavy but enough for me! I hope this inspires anybody who feels like they can’t do it or won’t improve.

I just started doing these arm exercises, and yes, my arms are burning. And I love it. So, am I supposed to do these every day, every other day or what? Oh, by the way, you remind me so much of Olivia Newton John. But I bet every says that.

Hi Shelly! I ve been doing some of ur excersises since Feb / March & if I don’t do the two videos on stretching I don’t feel ok now ! I love the music too keeps me going . I’m only still don’t beginners coz I have DDD & hip dysplasia a few more but those effect my ability to do all human s can do or I would be running today .. I’m glad these are for mature person . I’m 60 yr n don’t count myself as old & I enjoy movement & excersise sp why should we stop . I want to thank you for putting these on here & giving us a voice ! Sending ❤xx

78 and counting. I used 5 lb weights on each side. It was hard but well worth it. I'm planning to do these every weight-training exercise day in addition to others, but these are the best!
I'm so thankful I found you. I'm 57 and these exercises are perfect for my body. I'm passing the time today doing this, waiting on hurricane Ian on the west coast of Florida just a little East of Tampa. This is helping me relax, rest and pray! Thank you again!
