This is a great step accumulator. I love it! I tried to find a video that is similar to this and have yet to find it! I would love for you to do another 10,000 step accumulator that incorporates other steps. I’m now looking for variety!
Love this but the step counter is out it goes too fast but will carry on as love your energy.
I put this on while my family was watching football, and my husband and son joined me! They actually said they didn't feel like they were working out, and my husband said he would want to do it again, while watching the game. That's impressive! I loved it. Love your energy! I started the 10000 steps yesterday ,it was amazing a little pain but that's how I know I have been doing the best thing I could ever do for me ,love it ♥️I have burn about 800 calories a day ♥️♥️♥️Ty 😘😘

This was cool. I’m 69 and did this on my rebounder. Arms were limited as I have bilateral rotator cuffs but this was suitable. Thanks and more with that scenery

Getting ready for 10,000 steps………turn on ceiling fan (no air conditioning)……..move coffee table (small house, and my living room is where things don't fall off the shelves when I'm exercising)……….put on headband (nothing like "mentalpause" hot flashes to up the ante)……..cover clock and the one side of my tv where the steps and timer show (a purely psychological ploy)……grab some gum (I am a mouth breather and need to keep my mouth from going dry – and to prove that I can walk and chew gum at the same time)……..and last but not least, try to control my breathing so that when Rick says, in various forms, "I'm not going to talk through this one" I can look him in the eye and say "yes you are". Thank you Rick!! (which is what I say once I'm finished – not so much during the 10,000 steps)
I started walking outside today it got dark made 7000 steps was determined to hit my daily 10k so I came home and continued my steps with u..awesome vid!
