I want to hear the full story, please!
Thank you for all of this great info!!! Can you make a video on your fitness routine as well?
I would love to hear the full story too. In the same boat myself!
I would love to hear your story and what books and techniques you used.

I have a rather unique situation which kind of prevents me from meal planning. (Weekday breakfast is always oat bran hot cereal before work.) When I lived in my house with my best friend and his son, my friend is an excellent cook, so dinner every night (and weekend breakfasts) was planned. For the past eight months, I’ve lived on my own (clutter and the resulting stress facilitated the move). I never know when I’m going to be invited over for dinner. Trying to plan specific nights doesn’t quite work for us.

You are halfway to intuitive eating, which ends binge eating. Intuitive Eating by Tribole and Resch is the intuitive eating bible.
I am definitely a binge eater and have gained and lost several “people”. I know I cannot maintain “diets” Your tips seem much more realistic for a person like me.❤

You had me at “ice cream”. I’m not sure now if it’s past the deadline, but I would appreciate very much a video of your story ❤
This was helpful to me. Thank you for sharing it.
Would love to hear more about your journey and also what you eat now.
❤Hi. As a bulimic-in-recovery, I truly appreciate when you said "never put anything out of the boundary." It was the restrictions that I put on myself that drove me to bulimia and anorexia. Thank you for the video. I can tell that you are a great instructor. ❤
i'm hoping there is the video here now that i can find about your recovery from binge eating. Also interested in your father in law's diet plan. You said what he eats for breakfast and then a "normal lunch" and no dinner–but what is a normal lunch, just wondering. very useful information as I deal with my eating issues as well as decluttering to move to a smaller home. Thanks
Thank you for sharing this information.
I'm curious, what does a normal lunch look like for your father in law?
And did you find any specific strategies that worked best for the "free food" at a large party? That is also a challenge area for me.
You’re an SLP! I’m a dietitian on a neurology unit and the SLPs are my besties, as we work closely together on all of the dysphagia cases! I would love to hear your recovery story ❤
