Great idea ❤️. I just do not have Instagram so I cannot really enter the challenge 😢… Oh well… I can do these regardless, these look too amazing. If we pair them together in one session this is a full legit workout, isn't it? 😝 (L.E.: actually you mentioned this in the video itself, but only got it after my second watch time cause the first time I was multitasking while also listening to you 🤦♀️)

Love this idea! I've tended to go way to hard way too fast and then give up. I haven't purposefully moved my body in almost two months… I say it's because of school and work, but I know that when I take the time to exercice I feel calmer and more confident and more comfortable with myself. This feels like a realistic project, especially with finals these next two weeks. We got this y'all 💪💪💪
