      I liked the exercises but, without previews of what's next it's hard to make the most of the timing. Some e exercises are self explanatory or well known like deadbugs but others….

      I'm really grateful that I could keep up without getting back on my knees on the 1st exercises and keep up with all, but I still have trouble with the v hold. I'll get you one day v hold!!! 😁😆

      This is an intense and great routine. Yet, needs to be improved in the sense that there are too many similar exercises and all after another. For example, there are like 7 plank exercises. That, instead of focusing on the abs ends up in shoulder fatigue. I would mix up the exercises
