I liked the exercises but, without previews of what's next it's hard to make the most of the timing. Some e exercises are self explanatory or well known like deadbugs but others….

I love the workouts but the music is such a drag. Would be great to have some more motivational music than the chill / whiney stuff that's in these vids

This is an intense and great routine. Yet, needs to be improved in the sense that there are too many similar exercises and all after another. For example, there are like 7 plank exercises. That, instead of focusing on the abs ends up in shoulder fatigue. I would mix up the exercises
My neck starts to hurt after the first few exercises.
Easy on the core, hard on the shoulders. Meh.
All those plank exercises really burned out my core and abs! A total workout for the entire midsection in only twelve minutes. That was so good! Thanks Anna!
