oh my god i wanted to improve my stamina so i decided on doing a dance workout and god i realized my stamina is so bad cuz by the end of it i was so out of breath thought i was gonna die

Emi, I just did your Kpop dance workout since yesterday. I enjoyed it and had fun. I love this because I am a fan of Kpop dance workouts.
Doing this everyday, i’ll update u guys!
Day 1: I did it at 12am but i lasted 5 minutes before taking a quick break, i got through it!
Day 2: I lasted shorter this time but i got through the exercise, it got easier
Loved this workout, I'm a dancer and really love doing such workouts where I have fun and also burn some calories also I've seen dance workouts really work for me like i do dance on a regular basis and it helps me lose more weight that doing exercises
