Doing This For A Month
DAY 1:my body is kinda sore but it's a good work out the process of this will be long but I hope I last long 🙂
I did this workout for a change, and naturally I loved it! I think variety is definitely the key to get results. Awesome!,, 😃👍
Yall it’s January 16 and im going to do this video until February 24. I am 135 pounds and 5’2 and im trying to get to 120 pounds.
Day 1- first time doing this workout and I did feel the burn and it was easy but a little hard time to time .
Doing this everyday for a year (forgot to comment yesterday but it’s day 2)
Day 1 ✅ – nothing noticeable obviously but I feel great
Day 2 ✅ – jumping jacks got easier and I feel much more energetic
I’m going to try do this every day from now to show the boys and girls that been mean to me that I am possible at doing things even tho I’m 15 and weigh over 69kgs
How long do I need to follow this to reduce weight?
I m new member to this family…my waist is 32 inch but I want to back in my 30 inches…I have started today..I will inform here how many days it will take to reshape…😊.

Day 4🤑: I already See the results i lost Lots of belly fat and im Almost flat i also got the hourglasd Figure already! And i also lost some face fat but my waist ist rlly smaller.

Okay, I am starting today and going to be doing this every day until my birthday (so for a little less than 2 months)

Day 2:✅ -Decided doing 20 instead of 14 on some of the workouts, definitely improvements and I don't seem exhausted as yesterday:)
Day 3:✅ -Feeling a bit sore from yesterday but completed!

so many children doing a waist workout? Don't get me wrong exercise is good in general but I can't help but be more worried about how social media is affecting children :/ your body will not look like a 15 or 20+ year old!! And that is NORMAL!

Day 1: was easy but the plank got me !
Day 2:got easier but the scisorrs was a little bit harder and i felt like my waist was now starting to despand and my sohmach was less bloated but not as much progress
