How many times do I need to do these videos? I did the video once and I did not get sore.
Wow. I really had to work. Probably shouldn't have let two months pass between visits to this particular arm workout. I've been doing others. Must not have been intense enough…b/c this one took everything I had with the 10lbs dbells. Thumbs up again
