okay, so i decided to see if i can do a split in a month. for the record – i was able to do a split on my right leg when i was 10 or so, but then i stopped stretching (idk why). now im around 10 inches off the ground im gonna keep you posted every day! (pls remind me if i forget)
day 1: i haven't been stretching for a veeeery long time so it wasnt so pretty challenging. i did it once today, but i think ill start doing it twice a day for better results
day 2: did it twice today, once in the morning and once in the evening. i try to hold each stretch for about 30 seconds for better results, and even tho this is only day 2 i can already see them. my stretches are deeper than they were yesterday + i noticed that im closer to the ground

Fml I accidentally when to deep into the ground and my bone cracked is it normal? but this tutorial helped alottt BTWW I am close to doing the splits now after a week
update the next day: it hurts when im stretching my other leg NOOWJSOJSINWK NEVER OVERSTRETCH!
I have hope but after trying this I have a feeling I might need to do this for a year or so to get it right.

Day 1: so basically im not flexible, but im not too bad. so I did this and im really only focusing on my left splits bc my right is just nty. im not too far but im not hovering yet. this shld get me there tho
day 2: same as day 2! not there yet

day 1: i haven't stretched in so long it hurt a bit but i loosened a little more.
day 2: i went a little bit further than yesterday and my muscles are loosening a little more.
I’m going to document how it’s going for me who is very stiff and not flexible!
day 1: I wasn’t really close to the ground and back leg isn’t straight and my front leg under my knee won’t stretch. After today some of the stretches were fairly easy but the majority were painful!
day 2: kind of the same but I did get like an inch closer in my left side!
day 3: mostly the same as before, but the stretches did hurt just a little bit less, but I’m not that close to the ground yet!
day:4 I forgot to do this for about 5 days… but when I did do it the stretches were surprisingly less painful, and I also can go further down!
I have been doing this video off and on for a few years now. After reading some of the comments today, I am going to try to do this everyday now and see how much closer I get!
